Dr. Andriew Lim
Head of Entrepreneurship Hub, Hotelschool.
Co-Founder of Asian European Innovation Center
Andriew Lim is Professor of Technopreneurship and Innovation at Hotelschool, The Hague (Hospitality Business School), the Netherlands. He is the Chair of the research group focusing on technology innovation and entrepreneurship for the hospitality industry, in particular the influence of disruptive technology innovation on the development of entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry. His current main research topics are the implementation and impact of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in the hospitality industry. He is also the head of HTH Entrepreneurship Hub that supports entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in the hospitality industry. Next to his research activities, he also teaches Strategic Management and Innovative Entrepreneurship courses to the final year students, as well as supervising the final graduation projects. Andriew holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s in International Business, and a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences (Technology Management) from Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands.
Mr. Kevin Peng
President, The Association of Global Industry Academia Collaboration Malaysia
Mr. Kevin Peng obtained his first degree in International Business in Taiwan and later, Master in Business Administration in the United State of America. Having 27 years of experience in the diversified sustainable wood business environment, he is now residing in Malaysia under the Returning Expert Programme. Besides his engagement in sustainable management in the wood industry, he has been actively involved in corporate social responsibility management, industry education collaboration management as well as sustainable economic development management. His active engagement in the societal development work gained him the recognition of being the first invited overseas Chinese speaker in the Taiwan’s National Day Celebration in 2016.
Since his return to Malaysia, he has devoted a lot of time in social responsibility activities and founded The Association of Global Industry Academia Collaboration Malaysia in 2017. Besides the many contributions in cultivating cross-disciplinary talents, one of his latest contributions in enriching regional academia and industry collaboration was the formation of the University Alliance in Talent Education Development (UAiTED) in Dec 2019. The Alliance is a regional strategic network of academic, profit and nonprofit professional associations and is committed to assisting in the preparation, promotion, and professional development of future talents to realize knowledge transfer and promote innovation-oriented programs leading to global sustainability.

Professor Dr. Chen Shia Chung
Director, R&D Smart Manufacturing Center, Chuang Yuan Christian University
Professor Dr. Shia-Chung Chen is currently the Chair Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Chief Operating Officer of Executive Operation Office for Industry-Academia Cooperation, and Director of R&D Center for Smart Manufacturing at Chuang Yuan Christian University. He used to serve as the Vice Chancellor and Dean of Research and Development at CYCU, and President of Society of Advanced Molding Technology in the past years. He received a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science from Northwestern University, USA in 1984. After graduation, he worked as a Product Manager at Application Engineering Corp., during 1985 to 1987 and Cisigraph Corp., in 1988 in USA. In 1989, he decided to return to his home town, Taiwan, and started his research life at Chung Yuan Christian University till now. He was appointed by Ministry of Education Affairs as the director of Mold Automation Education Resource Center in promoting research/education related mold/molding technology since 2001. He receives many awards such as Outstanding Technology Transfer Award and Distinguished Research Award from NSC, National Invention and Creation Award and Industrial Technology Advancement Award from Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Outstanding Engineering Professor Award from Chinese Institute of Engineers. He is a Fellow of Society of Plastics Engineers.
Mr. Muzahid Shah Abdul Rahman
Senior Vice President, Applications & Engineering Solutions, Hitachi Sunway
Graduated as a Telecommunications Engineer from University Malaya, Mr Muzahid Shah started his career in Sunway IT Shared Services Center in the areas of Application Support and Delivery Services before he moved on to Sunway Group as the Manager for IT Governance and IT Strategy of the Group. He then moved on to Hitachi Sunway Information Systems, a joint venture between Hitachi and Sunway, a leading ICT Services Integrator in ASEAN specialising in implementing, supporting and providing consultancy for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions; managing and supporting IT infrastructures; Cloud-enabling IT platforms, including the Cyber Security elements in its fully compliant and secured Data Centres (DC).
Within his portfolio of experience, Mr Muzahid Shah has worked with various business leaders in resolving business challenges especially in Finance, Procurement, Distribution, Manufacturing and Construction operations. He is currently the Senior Vice President for Engineering Solutions where his role is to work with business leaders to identify and resolve key business and engineering challenges in the region covering Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Associate Professor Dr. William Yeoh

Dr. William Yeoh is an associate professor at Deakin University, Australia. He is a leading researcher in the business analytics field. His research has appeared in top-ranked A* journals, including Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, International Journal of Information Management, etc. His leadership and contributions have been recognised with several prestigious awards, including the ICT Educator of the Year Gold Award (awarded by the Australian Computer Society ACS - the Australia’s premier ICT professional association and accreditation body), internationally-competitive IBM Faculty Awards, Deakin’s Vice-Chancellor Award for Value Innovation, and Deakin Faculty Excellence in Research Award. Moreover, his mentored team was crowned the World Champion at the IBM Watson Analytics Global Competition held in Las Vegas. In 2020, he was named amongst the Top 25 Analytics Leaders in Australia (by the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia IAPA - the peak body for analytics industry and professionals in Australia).

Associate Professor Dr. Lokhman Hakim Osman
Director, Yunus Social Business Centre, UKM
Dr. Lokhman is an academic and a soldier at heart. Prior to joining the world of academia, Dr. Lokhman served for a decade as an officer in the Royal Malaysia Navy (1999 – 2009). In 2009, he sought for a sea-change and found his second true calling in the world of academia. In mid-2009 he joined Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as an academic conducting research, lectures, and consultation in the field of operation management, supply chain, leadership, as well as organization design.
Since becoming an academic, Dr. Lokhman has made a point of getting continuous support in the form of research grants at the university level and national level to enhance his research work and teaching activities in the field of operation management, supply chain, leadership, transportation as well as organizations design. Dr. Lokhman found that combining research activities and work with lecturing duties is a very rewarding experience. In addition to that, his role as the Head of the Yunus Center of Social Business of the university has given him numerous opportunities to work with the industries related to the field of social entrepreneurship.
Associate Professor Dr. Cecilia Chan
Founding Chair, The Asian Society for Engineering Education (AsiaSEE)
Dr. Cecilia Chan is an Associate Professor at the Centre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning and Faculty of Education at HKU. Cecilia has a dual discipline expertise in engineering and education; playing a key role in enhancing engineering, science education and teaching and learning in higher education. Her expertise in these fields and her multi-cultural background enabled her to lead research on assessment and feedback, experiential learning, technology enhanced learning and the development and assessment of 21st century skills in education from east to west.
She developed a framework to assist teachers to integrate and assess competency into the university curriculum. She has been invited as keynote speaker and panel speaker to many international educational conferences on teaching, learning and the assessment of generic competency including the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Cecilia holds a PhD in Engineering from Trinity College, a postgraduate in Higher Education. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and held a Fellowship from King’s College London. With over 40 research/projects worldwide she was awarded HKU’s Young Outstanding Researcher Award. She is the Chair for the Engineering Education Community in Hong Kong and the Founding President for the ASIA Engineering Education Network (AsiaSEE).
Mr. Zhou Yong
Secretary General, Alibaba Business School
A serial entrepreneur by nature, Zhou Yong’s career has centered on creating and delivering international education programs and on internet businesses. With more than twenty years in the industry, Yong has been involved in international education business mergers and acquisitions, he has established an international university and schools in China and also became CEO of Kaplan China after they acquired his organization. Zhou Yong holds an MBA from Birmingham University and is the Secretary-General of the Alibaba GET Network.
